Patrick Henry Place will be an exciting new mixed-use
complex that epitomizes the best of the New Urbanism movement.
It's a place where people can truly live, work, play, shop,
and dine without ever leaving home -- all in charming, picturesque
surroundings. 110,000 square feet of specialty retail shops
and restaurants will line the streets at ground level and
there will be approximately 650 residential units –
some will be over retail while others will be in stand alone
buildings. They'll be joined by two Marriott-affiliated
hotels opening in 2008 and approximately 40,000 square feet
of office space. Already, two restaurants, Cheeseburger
in Paradise and Carrabbas Italian Grill are open while the
additional components will open in 2008.
