When completed in 2009, Patrick Henry Place will be an exciting new mixed-use complex that epitomizes the best of the New Urbanism movement.  It's a place where people can truly live, work, play, shop, and dine without ever leaving home -- all in charming, picturesque surroundings.

110,000 square feet of specialty retail shops and restaurants will line the streets at ground level while approximately 650 residential units will be located above the retail components.  They'll be joined by two Marriott-affiliated hotels opening in 2008 and approximately 40,000 square feet of office space.  

Already, the first two phases of the development's residential components are complete.  And two restaurants, Cheesesburger in Paradise and Carrabas, are now open as well.
