Construction is underway for a major 200,000 square foot expansion that will more than triple Wake Forest Crossing's size. This will include a major national department store and an additional number of retail shops and restaurants.

Currently anchored by Lowe's Foods, this center is located directly on U.S. Highway 1 Capital Boulevard in Wake Forest, a north Raleigh suburb.  This is at the hub of the fastest growing segment of the Raleigh market with many new upscale housing developments in the area.

Wake Forest Crossing also offers several highway frontage parcels available with excellent visibility from one of the market's most traveled highways.

An additional Phase III expansion is also planned with details to be announced.
