This new community lifestyle center will consist of
approximately 400,000 square feet of building area. There
will be several national restaurants in the center such
as Sterling’s, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Jason's
Deli. It will also feature local merchants such as Let's
Dish and Simply Culinary. Towne Place at Greenbrier will
also have a Hyatt Hotel that will integrate into the center.
The public gathering and concert pavilion will be at the
center of property on Eden Way and will be available for
after hour business gatherings and other public events.
It will also have 110 Condos.
