The 1,000,000+ square foot retail center is the focal
point of a 300-acre mixed-use development. Upon completion,
the project will include apartments and condominiums,
office buildings, and community facilities. The Village
at Sandhill features a Town Center of fashion and specialty
shops which includes major retailers such as: Belk, JC
Penney, Talbots, Ann Taylor Loft and Jos. A. Bank as well
as numerous restaurants and sidewalk bistros. The development
also includes a Walgreens, Wachovia Bank, First Citizens
Bank, and Regions Bank. More than 650,000 square feet
of retail building area has been completed, including
Home Depot, Regal Cinemas, Super Bi-Lo and the Town Center.
